My mom has been going through cancer treatment and has lost her hearing. Ben and Tanya were so kind and so patient with her. When been fitted her for the demo hearing aid she was so excited to be able to hear again, she didn't want to give them back. 🙂Thank you Ben and Tanya for what you do!

I have had severe hearing loss for many years after a traumatic head injury I went to SoundPoint hearing center and I'm so glad I did the receptionist was fantastic she explained everything in detail to me they went out of their way to help me and Benjamin Vanderlip was great in all the years that I have been to different places I have never been treated so well these guys are very personable and care about their patients I highly recommend them I had such a great experience I will never go anywhere else I have new hearing aids that work great and are so comfortable I can hear again!! Thank you!!!!!❤🙂

Our cute dad hasn’t been able to hear us for years…probably 20 years…in spite of different hearing aids. We were told there wasn’t anything else to be done. We went in to see Benjamin Vanderlip at SoundPoint Mesa. He told us of some new technology in hearing aids. OUR DAD CAN HEAR!!!! It’s amazing. He actually has to tell us to talk more quietly! He has not been able to hear us on the phone forever, now he hears from across the room. We are so grateful!! He can hear his grandchildren and great grandchildren!!! Thank you Thank you!!!

My husbands hearing aid broke so we looked for the nearest repair place to us. The receptionist/tech was fantastic and she was able to fix it while we waited. Reasonable and super friendly. We were in and out within 20 minutes. Would highly recommend!

Great experience. We have been to many audiologist in the past and have never meet any one as knowledgable as Ben L. He was thoughtful, caring and truly concerned about my husbands hearing issues. We highly recommend him and his great staff. They are wonderful.
